This course is sponsored by Clare Local Development Company and is supported by Obair Newmarket on Fergus. This programme follows a very successful short term course in Motor Mechanics that took place in Newmarket-on-Fergus in 2010 under the supoort and guidannce of Clare VEC. A group of 6 young men participated in two modules and successfully went on to win an AONTAS Star Award.

The aim of this programme is to provide learners with an opportunity to return to education and gain a nationally recognised qualification at FETAC Level 5 in Motor Technology. Learners who participate on the programme will be introduced to the area of Motor Technology and have an opportunity for personal, technical and social growth.
