Training and Information –LEADER Rural Development Programme


The focus of this measure is to equip rural dwellers and communities with the appropriate range of skills and training to ensure maximum social and economic benefit.
This training is for both individuals and communities.

  • Rural Tourism
  • Community Awareness and Empowerment

It is the policy of CLDC to ensure that training takes place in accessible venues and locations and that, where possible, it is accredited.  Training will be supported where it meets an identified need and provides specific social and/or economic benefits to the locality.
